• Framed Prints – Printed on 250gsm museum-quality paper with durable pinewood frames, offered in multiple sizes.
• Canvas Prints (Framed or Unframed) – Premium 300-350gsm canvas stretched on FSC-certified wood bars, available in various sizes.

• Prints above A4 size are shipped in protective tubes; smaller prints ship flat.
• Canvas prints and framed artworks are securely packaged with strong edges and bubble wrap or kraft paper for extra protection.
• If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll sort it out.

• Change of mind? As all prints are made to order, we can’t accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
• Damaged or defective items? Contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund.
• Lost in transit? If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
• Returned to sender? If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it, but you’ll need to cover shipping again.

Yes! Occasionally, we release limited edition prints, with only 100 available per design. These are marked on our website and won’t be restocked.
